soul: a space to create meditation

soul: a space to create meditation

Last month’s ‘A Space to Breathe Meditation’ kickstarted our new monthly meditation drop. Explaining the importance of the breath and how to work with it each day to create more balance and clarity. Working with a simple guided structure to help to form both discipline and focus.

In the second part of this meditation series, ‘A Space to Create Meditation’ takes us on a deeper inward journey. Collaborating once more with producer darker and voiced by Carly Wilford, this meditation was passed on by author Richard Abbot.

Taking you from the busy city side streets in to a space of calm and inner guidance. Helping you to understand and connect with the things that make you truly happy. Gently explaining how so much of life is built on love and that feeling loved helps us to build the things that we are working towards.

Collaborating with visual artist Sanjana Nyapti, ‘A Space to Create Meditation’ can be practiced each day either following the video above or as a way to unwind with your eyes closed, chilling on the bed or tucked up in your favourite chair.

If you’re trying out meditation for the first time, this is not only a brilliant starting place but will also help you to build a stronger connection both to yourself and the world around you. During times of isolation there is so much to be learnt and understanding ourselves really is a life long investment.
